okbz Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the okbz platform and all of its services. By registering on okbz or using its services, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

"Platform" refers to okbz's website, mobile site, and all related services. "User" refers to anyone who has created an account or is visiting the platform.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. okbz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement

To create an account on okbz and use its gaming services, a user must be at least 21 years of age. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. okbz may request valid identification at any time to verify age.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and possible forfeiture of related balances.

2.3 Accurate Information

Users must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account closure at any time. To update account details, please contact the okbz support team.

2.4 Account Security

It is your own responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. Do not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okbz currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). okbz does not accept payment methods outside of those listed.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳500 (five hundred taka). The minimum amount for a withdrawal is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests on okbz are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, identity verification or additional security checks may cause this to take somewhat longer.

3.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Identity verification on the account must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• The specified wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Withdrawals should be requested using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• okbz reserves the right to verify any unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳20,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus).

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred to other users.
• If a withdrawal is made before wagering requirements are met, all bonuses will be cancelled.
• okbz reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse, okbz may investigate and cancel the bonus.

4.4 VIP Program

The okbz VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users can move up to higher tiers based on regular play. Bronze members receive a weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, Silver members up to 1.0%, and Gold members enjoy a weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.

5.1 Betting Terms

All bets on okbz are considered final. No changes or cancellations are possible after a bet is placed; however, okbz reserves the right to review bets in the event of a technical error on the platform.

5.2 Unforeseen Circumstances

If an event is cancelled or postponed, or if there is ambiguity in determining the result, okbz will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules. In such cases, okbz's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

The individual rules of each game provider apply to all casino games, slots, and live games. okbz ensures that all games follow fair play principles. okbz is not responsible for issues arising from errors in a game provider's server or software.

5.4 Odds & Markets

The odds displayed in betting markets may change at any time. The odds that were applicable at the time a bet was confirmed will be considered final.

All users on okbz must adhere to the following code of conduct. Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Attempting to manipulate the platform's software, algorithms, or gaming systems.
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts for betting or gaming.
• Creating new accounts with the deliberate intent of exploiting bonus offers.
• Aggressive, obscene, or harassing behavior toward other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or using their funds.

10.1 Closure by okbz

okbz may immediately suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Provision of false information or failure to pass identity verification.
• Suspected bonus abuse or fraud.
• Suspected money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.

10.2 Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact the support team. An opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance will be provided before account closure; however, if the account is being closed due to a policy violation, the balance may be forfeited.

okbz reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify users through their registered contact information. However, continued use of the platform after changes will constitute full acceptance of the updated Terms.
